Depth-oriented therapy for thoughtful adults and couples
Attachment-focused. Experiential. Non-pathologizing.
I work with high-functioning individuals and couples — including LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse clients — who are ready to move beyond insight alone and engage in deeper, experiential work that leads to lasting change. My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and attachment science.
Private pay practice | Sonoma County, California
I specialize in working with adults and couples who are intelligent, self-aware, and motivated for meaningful growth. Many of my clients are professionals, creatives, therapists, or people under sustained relational or internal stress — those who function well on the outside while feeling stuck, conflicted, or disconnected on the inside.
Common themes include:
I welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, relationship structures, and cultural backgrounds. My work is grounded in respect, curiosity, and an understanding of how identity, attachment, and lived experience shape both our inner worlds and our relationships.
My work is experiential and somatic, not just conversational. Rather than focusing solely on insight or symptom reduction, we work directly with your internal system and relational patterns as they show up in the room.
Clients often appreciate that I bring:
Before becoming a therapist, I worked extensively in the business world and have traveled widely across the country and internationally — experiences that shape how I understand stress, identity, culture, and relational dynamics in real-world contexts.
Individual therapy focuses on understanding and transforming the internal dynamics that shape emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Using IFS and attachment-informed approaches, we explore protective patterns with curiosity and respect, supporting greater internal clarity, self-leadership, and emotional flexibility.
My couples work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment theory, with integration of IFS when helpful. I help couples slow down reactive cycles, repair attachment injuries, and rebuild emotional safety and connection.
I work with couples across diverse identities and relationship structures, and offer a steady, balanced presence for navigating complexity without taking sides.
In addition to my clinical practice, I have worked with many therapists and mental health professionals — both as clients and in consultation. Colleagues regularly refer to me for complex cases requiring depth, clarity, and a strong attachment-informed foundation.
